Nancy served as President of Schomac Property Management (SPM, Inc.) from 1990 until early 2005. Prior to that, Nancy held positions as Area Supervisor, Marketing Director, and Chief Operations Officer for SPM's Arizona and Nevada operations.

 

Nancy is a Real Estate Broker in both Arizona and Nevada, a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) and a certified Tax Credit Compliance Professional (C5P) for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. She has been an instructor and grader for the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) Program since 1987, and has been a featured speaker at industry convention and trade shows across the country.

 
In 2000/2001, Nancy was elected Chairman of the Board for the Arizona Multihousing Association (210,000 apartments in membership) and

   

served as the Western Regional Vice President of the National Apartment Association (5 million apartments in membership) from 1998-2002.  She also chaired the 2002 National Apartment Association Educational Conference and Trade Show in Orlando with nearly 5,000 attendees. She was awarded NAA's Presidential Award for helping make the conference the largest in the multifamily industry.

 

Nancy was invited to serve on the Governor's Task Force on Homelessness in Arizona in 2004, and the City of Tucson's Slumlord Task Force from 1999-2000. She received a Mayoral Appointment to the Tucson Metropolitan Housing Commission in 2002, and was elected to Chair the Housing Commission in 2005.
 
 
 


Kimberly Fitch, CPM, Partner

As a partner and Chief Financial Officer of NFI, Kim oversees the daily accounting functions for all divisions, as well as strategic planning for all areas of the company. She works closely with the VP of Apartment Operations and owner/investors to ensure that maximum performance is achieved.

 

Kim has worked in the property management industry since 1984 in the major markets of Arizona, Las Vegas, Albuquerque and the Washington, DC metro area. She has experience in office, retail, industrial and homeowner association management in addition to her multifamily housing expertise.

 

Kim is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management and was voted Southern Arizona's CPM of the Year in 1997. She has been an instructor in the National Apartment Association's Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) series.

 

Kim has served on the Board of Directors for the League of Women Voters of Tucson and the Tucson/Pima County Women's Commission. She was the 2003 President of the Tucson IREM Chapter, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Multihousing Association. She is also treasurer of Cross Middle School's Parent-Teacher Organization and served for several years on the Amphitheatre School District's Superintendent's Council. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English Education from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.

 
     
 

Elizabeth Beaulieu, CAPS, Vice President of Apartment Operations

As VP of Apartment Operations, Elizabeth oversees the apartment division of approximately 4,000 apartment units. Before joining NFI, Elizabeth served as a Regional Manager for SPM, Inc. from 2000 until early 2005. Prior to 2000, Elizabeth was the Property Supervisor for NorthStar Property Management and Consulting, where she managed twelve apartment communities throughout Tucson.

 

Elizabeth received a BA in Human Communication from Abilene Christian University in 1987.  She has been a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Arizona since 1992 and earned the CAPS (Certified Apartment Property Supervisor) designation offered through the National Apartment Association in 2002.  She has been involved in numerous industry activities offered through the Arizona Multihousing Association, including the Crime Free Housing Program, Five Star Program, Education Committee, and as Chair of the Tucson Education and Trade Show (2005). In 2006, Elizabeth was a finalist for the prestigious "2006 AMA Volunteer of the Year" award.

 
   
 

Leslie Stephens, Director of the Commercial Division

As Director of the Commercial Division, Leslie is responsible for handling all management and leasing for third-party business parks. She also oversees the management of several tax credit properties, ensuring compliance with the program. Prior to joining the company in 2004, Leslie was Regional Asset Manager for Sun America Affordable Housing Partners and Chief Executive Officer for Cirque Property Management. Her experience ranges from working for REITS, third party management and independent owners in Oklahoma, Nevada, California, Florida, Utah and Arizona.

 

Leslie is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Arizona, a Certified

Tax Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) and a CPM candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She has been active for many years in industry activities offered through the Arizona Multihousing Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
