Owner’s Reporting
Each NFI-managed
community has its own reporting system, customized to
owners' preferences, eliminating the need for owners to
reformat reports. Reports can be created for each community
on either a cash or accrual basis and are updated and
delivered on a regular schedule.
Budgeting
The NFI
Financial Team meets with every property manager prior to
annual reporting periods to review and update 12-month
projection budgets. Those projected results are then
replaced with operational results for the previous month in
NFI Owner Reports.
Due Diligence
When a
property is being considered for purchase, the experienced
NFI Operations Team is available to assist an owner with due
diligence requirements. We evaluate the condition of a
property's exterior as well as each interior unit. We shop
the competition in the marketing area and analyze rental
rates. We even prepare budget forecasts and complete an
office and lease audit in order to help an owner finalize required due
diligence procedures in a timely manner.
