Each month, we offer classes at the Nicolosi & Fitch
Training Center on a wide range of topics—including
telephone techniques, understanding financial reports,
safety procedures, inventory purchasing, real estate
regulations, resident retention methods, and OSHA
rules—taught by experts inside and outside NFI.

In addition, we offer hands-on YARDI
training and classes in Microsoft Office applications. Our property
managers learn how to effectively attend to real resident needs. Our
maintenance personnel gain cleaning and repair expertise.
All employee
training—both mandatory and refresher courses—is done on company
time and employees earn their regular pay while attending. Our
